When will I receive my order?
Current time frames differ depending on the product you have ordered and it's delivery method. Please find below the answer that fits your item.
- If you have ordered a ready made digital file with no alteration requests the file will be available to download from your email or the website as soon as payment has cleared.
- If you have ordered a personalised or semi personlised digital file it will be emailed to your email address within 5 business days of placing your order. If you have not received the email within this time please check your junk/spam folder or search our email address email@example.com. If you still can not locate your file please contact us via the contact us page and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
- If you have ordered an in-stock print your order will be printed and sent within 7 business days.
- If you have ordered a personalised print* your order will be printed and sent within 14 business days.
- In-stock items from any of our suppliers will be sent within 7 business days.
- Personalised and custom made items from suppliers can take up to 8 weeks, unless stated otherwise. Please order with these times in mind. Please include all relevant details with your order. Delays in getting these details will delay your order.
*this does not apply to portraits.
We use Australia Post to send our items. You will receive an email once your order is complete and ready to send with tracking information and instructions on how to track your parcel. Prices are set by Australia Post, not the business. Postage times may differ depending on the courier and your location. Please be patient, we understand you are just as excited to receive your product as we are for you to have it unfortunately we can not control the couriers and postage times. If you experience problems tracking your products please contact us via the Contact Us page and we will try to assist in way we can.
*Please note shipping times may be extended over holiday and busy periods.
My Order was damaged or contained incorrect information. Can i get a refund?
If your order arrived damaged we will happily refund you providing we receive the product back and photos of how you received. Contact us and we will organise return shipping.
If your item has errors that were made by the business we will happily send you replacements with the correct details. Free of charge and upgraded to express shipping.-However if you have given incorrect information or your information contained spelling errors we will not refund your order and you may be charged for a whole new order and new postage.* This is at the perogative of the owner and depends on how much work will be needed to re-do the design. For this reason it is imperative that you double check all the details you provide us are accurate and spelled correctly.
I no longer want my order can i cancel the order?
You are welcome to cancel your order, however, we do not refund items for change of mind or for failure to read the item description, processing or shipping times and other terms and conditions. For this reason please check that we can complete your orders within the needed time frame BEFORE you process your orders. Time frames can be found here or often in our item description.
I ordered a digital file. How do I print them?
Digital files are sent as a JPG and pdf file. Instructions on how to save & print your designs are contained in your email. Please be aware that differing from these instructions may result in bad quality prints. We do not hold responsibility for this, if you are printing from home or a third party printer such as Officeworks please ensure the instructions are followed to achieve optimal printing quality.
