Printed items will be sent within 14 business day from purchase.

Tracking numbers will be sent once your order is completed with instructions on how to track the item.

As every item is personalised which means we can not resell, we do not offer refunds on change of mind or digital items. 
We do not refund for failure to read the Item Description, Processing terms, Shipping fees or other Terms & Conditions.
Refunds will not be given if you have provided the incorrect details or spelling for your order. For this reason please recheck the details you have provided.
Refunds will be accepted on damaged items or mistakes made by the business providing proof of damage and within 15 business days from receiving your order.
